    • Misha Designs releases a new Porsche 911 (997 generation) body kit called the GTM2 - Hot or not?

Misha Designs has released a new body kit for the 997 generation Porsche 911 called the GTM2. The car below wearing the kit is a 997.2 Carrera S but the body kit is available for all 997 Carrera models. The front of the kit leaves a gap in the front bumper by the bonnet mimicking a sort of GT3 style with the entire front bumper offering large and aggressive air duct openings. Speaking of the bonnet a new vented hood which looks good is part of the package.

The rear of the car gets a new spoiler that is quite large mimicking the GT2 style and a new vented rear bumper. The rear is the best part of the design. Side skirts round out the body offering.

Overall, not a bad looking kit but there are better looking options even from other factory 997 models such as the GT3 body pieces or the Porsche aero kit. The more options for more tastes the merrier of course, pictures below.

Makes the car look really chunky. The rear does look pretty aggressive, but I don't think the rest of the kit works very well.

anyone else think it makes the body style look older/more dated? either that or im spoiled from seeing the new 991

Chunky is a good way to put it.
