    • Another Supercharger system for the C63 AMG / M156 V8 motors? Xtra Power supercharger system claims 660+ horsepower

Well, here is another M156 / 63 AMG supercharger setup. This one comes from Xtra Power (creative name, eh?) who we have never heard of. There are no boost numbers or pricing details given. The only details provided are that this puts out 660 horsepower with 595 pound-feet of torque and is available for all 63 AMG models. They also state that more horsepower is available with aftermarket cams and headers although no details on their cams or headers are provided. Is this legit? We do not know, but the forced induction scene for the M156 sure is heating up.

"know time" ? That's ridiculously fast!

ROFL, Sticky where do you find these maroons?

Ford is an open source manufacturer, that's why it takes literally ZERO time for the aftermarket to seemingly crack their ECU and TCUs, not because anyone that works there is a European controller wizard.

Maybe Kurt can advise you regarding expanding by jumping markets into the Ford Powerstroke world of cylinder head porting. Huge market there!

why come out with this at this time? the new twin turbo is coming in smaller chassis configs shortly. maybe they just wanted to finish what they started Click here to enlarge and had no idea back then this was coming. anyway on the power chart it looks like a very nice increase, and down low there's no loss in power/torque, then the torque ramps up and seems to come in hard at ~3000 revs.

But you like to take shots at people you know nothing about.... OH god i was typing on my phone and it auto typed know big deal..... get over it.....And if you lived in michigan you would know that the diesel truck scene is huge about a hour north of detroit. A lot of rich farmers with 10 sec daily driven cummins... But keep running your mouth its getting you far,,,,

Because the twin turbo won't accommodate those who have these cars with M156's in them.

        Wow EGS52s and Audi TCUs!!!

Neither is remoately as hard to access or unencrypt as a 722.9 TCU file. 4+ years and no one's done it, tell Kurt to pony up buy one and become the next tuner millionaire.

Free TipL Don't reference GIAC when trying to make a statement, it makes you look foolish, I think everyone knows how badly their $#@! sucks.

You know, Detroit, in the middle of the corn belt...

I'm sure there are dozens of wealthy farmers up there all with 10 second cummins in desperate need of cylinder head porting, and to think you and your friends may be the best inline 6 diesel cylinder head porters in your section of the industrial park...Now I get it! Click here to enlarge

        Come on, easy now.

600 whp S4, look, it really isn't simply to crack this trans even though I'm sure your friend is very talented and has worked on various transmissions. This one is a whole different ball game that no one has been able to crack yet and there are some big boy tuners with Mercedes connections working on it...

Yep, that is right and what our coverage stated.

There is supposed to be a new 5.5 liter NA motor that will go in the SLK and C-coupe but the C63 black series is supposed to receive the twin turbo V8. We will see...

You're extremely stubborn! You act like its impossible for some one to recode a tcu? Some body built it so some one can take it apart. And it is as easy as that.

Coulda woulda shoulda. Put your $ where your mouth is and do it. My God what tool would you use to extract the file? ROFL. You can't radio shack it like an Audi. If I'm stubborn it's only because I'm right.

I could care less. If i had 70k to spend on a c63 then modd it i would just take another 25-30k and get a Gallardo

You obviously care because you're the one that posted about your "hacker" friend Kurt that did work for GIAC.

If it's that simple why are you driving a 10 year old s4?

$6k invested into a C63 gets you more straightline performance than a Gallardo (by a longshot tune only C63s beat them in the standing mile) and none of the non warranty maintenance costs of the Lambo.

Now if you want to TT I see your point but you're still $90K short of your goal including trade in, not including the 25-30K turbo kit.
