There is zero data on the twins to analyze but based on the twin turbo boost numbers I heard thrown around (700rw @ 29-30psi, etc) I'm not sure that is the case here. On this time will tell.

Having driven both a 5858 bottom mount and 5862 top mount TS back to back, I will say the 5862 TS spools better and makes more power. The only drawbacks are cost and heat management due to the top mount configuration. It would be interesting to compare the 5862 TS to say the smallest of the twin options. "

Sticky created the thread 620 all wheel horsepower G55? Yep. Eurocharged tuned 5.7 liter built motor M113 V8 with Weistec 3.0 liter blower makes for an epic G-Wagon.
" Why does anyone need over 600 horsepower at the wheels in a G-Wagon? Come on now, nobody reading this site is asking that question. A 5600 pound German tank pushing 620 horsepower to all four wheels along with 547 pound-feet of torque is absurdly awesome. The motor is built by Eurocharged and is bored out to 5.7 liters with ported heads. The supercharger is Weistec's 3.0 liter twin screw which replaces the 2.1 liter OEM blower.

Eurocharged added in some of their custom tuning and the result at all four wheels is staggering. Considering the drivetrain losses this is one of the strongest supercharged M113 V8's in the world. Simply great work by everyone involved.

No it's not a fueling issue on pump gas. It's an effective compression ratio coupled with low octane issue. With lower CR pistons I think both numbers could go up 30-50whp. When a good fuel pump comes out allowing full E85 use then we could see huge numbers. I hope its sooner than later. Race gas is expensive. "

I will say, it seemed we were on the verge of a fueling crash at that point as HPFP was doing its normal dippy dance. This was before we modified the rail and the pump, after that we ended up with 67X no meth with some higher octane, and again logs that kept the most careful tuner I have ever worked with happy. The last thing we wanted was a hurt motor, we did at least 500 dyno pulls and another 500-1000 street pulls on that car at power levels varying from 550-725WHP, and he still daily drives the car 30 miles to work everyday without a hint of oil consumption. I have no doubt 600WHP can be had on 93 and the logs would be happy, this is just based on the experience we had tuning that first kit. I guess time will tell.
No offense intended here, but I think logs speak for themselves, and when logs are not posted I think that also speaks for itself. I agree the 570rw on 91 octane number is doable, as is the 600rw on 91 octane Shiv claimed to make. I'm just saying based on the data I've seen now tuning maybe 10 single turbo cars I wouldn't run it that way myself. "

" Ok amigos Im coming to bat for RENNtech:

2002 MCS last dynoed 2 yrs(@ 100k) before I sold it 3 yrs ago(5 yrs ago just in case) clicked at 197 whp w intake and 15% pulley(RENNtech Flash) was getting around 25 mpg city driving around 31 mpg/hwy.

2011 335d (yes, DIESEL just in case you dont know) dynoed last month 318 whp and 425 lb/tq on the wheels (WAGNER IC increased 12 whp) RENNtech flash performed at Lake Park and car was dynoed in Puerto Rico the temp for that day was 90 degrees Fahrenheit

Yes, its expensive but our car's are not Toyotas or whatever. You wanna play you have to pay!! But there is always alternatives, so if you can do it, do it, otherwise, if you cant. Then, dont bitch and continue reading and enjoy this site.

True Cobb, JB or others are cheaper but, RENNtech if Im not wrong gives you a warranty on your tune ONLY for 24 mo. My 02 MCS only had a reflash done cause MINI gave it an update flash and erased RENNtech's in 2005 and after that, it never went away!!. "

" Did some 3rd gear pulls again today, will add a video when I can

Question - The car runs very rich at mid revs when I go to WOT, AFRs as low as 9.8 - 10.2 and then by the time it gets to 6k revs it has a more normal AFR = 11.5-12

Apart from the fueling problem of the Injection DC % going over 100, hence requiring larger injectors could there also be another issue

Seems strange to have low AFRs at 3300-4500 rpm then more normal at 5000-7000 rpm "
