Dude I CANNOT wait to get you your turbos, and get that Z4 up near the 700WHP mark! Do not forget to send me those engine bay pics, so I can see if I think the Shotgun system will fit.

Charge pipe can be accessed by removing down pipes, and getting the steering rack pulled out of the way. Not a tough job at all.

With the turbos in the car, I would say 3 hours. If installing while changing turbos, give an extra hour or so to the turbo install.

We have seen 2 sets, both on BMW SUV's. 135's will not have these inlets.

If you have one of these models you will know, the compressor housings are machined differently, have plastic inlets bolted to them, and the inlet tubes attach via a locking ring. We have rebuilt two...

Yes there is a thread here. 557 to 576, and the car had major issues with LPFP, which we found, and also serious corrections. Once Dzenno gets back in town, we should get it back on the dyno and...

I am going to say a good 90 days at least. We have not actively got this going yet. I will be buying a 135 charge pipe next week, and sending it off to get tooled up for production. I will get this...

the intakes are 100% compatible with RHD and will help you out tremendously.

We are proud to announce the pricing for our much anticipated Silicone intake pipes, and Charge pipe for the N54!
Prices will be as follows.
Silicone intake pipes: MSRP $499...

We noticed lower iat's when tuning on the street and on the dyno, under 100 for any single pulls, slight over 100 for a 3-4 shift to redline. I really think going all silicone would help even more....

He just had old plugs and coils in there. He already swapped them out and will back on the dyno soon
01-23-2015, 05:30 PM
As everyone knows, our new silicone intakes, are in production a few short weeks away, and have already shown great gains. We also made a charge pipe at the same time (which was also test fit with...

Chris, Sorry missed this one! As far as testing, the biggest issue is, this is a customers car, the sensor implementation is not exactly passive, holes have to drilled in tapped in the housings, lots...

Ok great! If something was confusing I wanted to correct it. Thanks!

Not sure how it could be anymore clear. What Comments are you referring to exactly that would make you think these are Stage 2+, there is even a dyno comparing the two?
01-23-2015, 11:43 AM
Can you show me where I said 500 is too much for longevity please? Stage 2's will make 500WHP all day as long as you fuel them right, I just said you have to push them hard, and with less octane, the...

This is quite possible. A tuner would be more inclined to be able to confirm or deny this, as we have no experience with the AT really. Thanks for stopping by!

I think you missed it in the first post the tq has a more gradual curve because boost comes in then backs off, this is not by design we like the big TQ kit as these are MT cars. If you are running an...

No Idea why someone would neg rep this, but yes it smoothed out quite a bit, and is ultimately runable. But when it spools, and comes up on target instead of smoothly meeting target, as we saw boost...

Some more interesting graphs.
Run 1 is map 0 on the JB 441/413
Run 2 is Map 6 18 psi across the board 535/498
Run 3 is 20 psi across the board 542/499
Run 4 is 22 psi across the board 565/521...

Single Barrel as stated in the past is good for about 500-550WHP on 100% E85 ever application will vary slightly, but that is the MAX, we do not suggest trying to run 100% E85 over 525WHP or so. I...

Put the car on the dyno tonight, for a few runs with the new intakes on. The results were pretty much as expected, we can most likely get more power out of the car, but 640WHP on stage 2's (or RB's),...

Where exactly would that go? You can only use a bulkhead fittings on a completely flat surface for it to seal. If you made an OCC in say a square or rectangle then you could use these. If not you...

I'll post some pics for sure, I wont be using AN's though...:)

Awesome results! About what would be expected from the wheels they are using on a beast of a motor that the S55 is! Question on spool, you are comparing these to Stage 2 style (RB) N54 turbos as far...
