Texas raises limits to 85, ditches 70...kind of.

Wish it was like that every where.

Sadly, it is only in certain areas, granted it is 50,000 miles of road. More rural and I don't think it is anywhere near where I am.

Maybe when I am traveling, I will see it.

Texas should become a new country, if it does I will move there.
Some people live long, meaningful lives.

Other people eat shit and die.

I'm not racist, I hate everybody equally; especially fat people.

Exactly. Why at night I have to travel to Vegas at 70 MPH on an empty stretch of interstate that is perfectly straight beats me. Like anyone goes 70 anyway.

You guys are so luck. 65 is so freaking slow. I usually travel around 80, and I'm cool with that. Having an 85mph speed limit, would mean like 90mph to 95mph avg for me.

^I know! But remember, this is way out there when you're traveling between cities, if you reach a city...don't expect to see 85 posted.

p.s. I think it will be an easy way for troopers to make money when the limits go from 85 to 60 as you enter cities...

it was either join the States or become Mexican. They couldn't hold off Mexico forever.
Best state in the union IMHO as far as policies go.
