Carbonated instead of nitrogenated, that will make a big difference in of itself.

I'm excited about this, can't wait to try it. Is it in stores yet?

Ah, Pliny the Elder. Best beer. I have a bunch, but it cost me over $80.
Can get it in Philly too.

Ok, at this brewhouse in my area. Debated either wine or beer tasting and went with beer. Anyway, bunch of different beers including pliny the elder:

Pliny the elder - expected more balace, nice beer but overly hoppy withou a finish to balance it imo.

Oskar blues gubna - amqzingly balanced and smooth for 10%, amber color, quite nice. This will put you on your ass fast though.

Ballast point black marlin - porter, nice and malty with a hunt of dark chocalate. 5.9 percent and what im drinking now.

Stone chiporle porter - eww, i can see where they get the chipotle aspect but not my style.

You guys can get f-dup on whatever you want. Stone, and, (Port brewing - Local San Diego brewery and esteemed pizza est. ), Lagunitas, Coronado, Lightening, etc. will mess up anyone's perceptions on brewing. If you want to scrap = call me - I'll meet up and show u what's up with the local stuff.

Stone is about 20 miles away. Port Brewing (Pizza Port), is about 5 miles away. Coronado is a ways down south - 30 or so miles in Coronado. Lightening is local as well. San Diego has a reputation for having some of the best IPA's out there - most are super hoppy.

I don't know why I posted lagunitas as they are in Petaluma - way north. Last night when I posted I was already drinking - only night I can for about the next month - so I was messing around (my bad). And yeah, most of the Lagunitas stuff is too sweet for me usually. If you are in Cali - I'm pretty sure you can pick up Some Port brewing varieties at most shops.

This probably sounds stupid to you guys but one day I would like to start a brewery. I already have the name picked out, lame, I know. Still, cheaper than starting a winery.
