    How to polish your Enzo

I love my car, but I do not seen myself taking the time to do this.
Not even if I had an Enzo.
    The result is amazing though.
I would probably hire this guy to do it for me Click here to enlarge

Seeing this guy doing this makes me think it's more fun than creaming a girl's body.

Even if he asked about 7000 pounds? Because if his the same guy i think, this is what he asks for detailing.

My only question/comment is the use of a pressure washer? I have used one many times, for many different purposes, but never on something that I considered delicate.

i dont think money is a problem if i have an enzo, 7000 pounds is a bit steep and I'm sure someone else could probably achieve this same level of perfection for far less. But nonetheless i would have my enzo detailed like this.

never mind,i just googled the company and the 7000 pounds quote is way off.

they do an NE Plus Ultra detail for 1600 pounds and that cover 50+ hours over 6+ days.

and they do a paint correction detail for 800 pounds that would probably cover most peoples cars in average to rough shape.it covers up to 40 hours of work.

that Enzo didn't look too bad to me before he started.

i'm not sure of the exact conversion rate right now for pound to dollar, but if those guys are really that good and that meticulous, those prices aren't really out of whack that bad.my guy gets $500-600 for corrective detail here in nashville out of his garage.

Anyone know what music they're using for that video? I think it's Compassion - Nurettin Colak, but I can't find the exact mix.

Paintwork isn't that delicate. The pressure washer helps to make the clay bar step easier as it blasts out a lot of the contaminants in the paint, and you're going to polish away the rough parts anyway. Besides, as others have said, that paint wasn't exactly in poor condition before he started. You just need to make sure you don't get too close with the nozzle.

I used to take almost as much care with my car back when I had covered parking. Sadly, where I live now, it doesn't seem worth it.

Finally, I'd like to point out what an awesome tape job that guy did. Taping everything off is what always takes me the longest when seriously detailing my cars.
