So who is going to do it first...

Probably who-ever is willing to cough up $15k for an ECU, custom exhaust manifold, air bypass plumbing, and a tuner to fly in and get it running.Rep Points > Posts since 2010

The suby manifolds along with the rest of the plumbing necessary could be sourced through here : http://subaruwrcspares.com/11.html
I believe the correct PN's are :
CS-14008Z0H73 Exhaust Manifold WRC Inconel S10 with Rocket
CS-14008Z0HR6 Exhaust Manifold WRC Inconel S11 with Rocket
CS-14008Z0H58 (S12/K0/006-C) Exhaust Manifold WRC Inconel S12/S12b with Rocket
CS-14008Z0HV1 (S12/K0/106) Exhaust Manifold WRC Inconel S12c/S14 with Rocket
#S12BJ910 ALS Valve Assembly
#S12Q1025-1 ALS Motor
Not sure of costs though, prices aren't listed in their excel price list : http://subaruwrcspares.com/resources/WRC$27spares_8.xls
Could use the suby manifold rocket as a basis for designing one for other setups, or just duplicate the rocket itself.
I can definitely see it done exactly as how you described, but wouldn't we hear uneveness in the exhaust tone from the cutouts?
