    Xtra Kompressor on an SLS

The program utilizes an Xtra Power Supercharger, an intake manifold, an upgraded oil pump, an additional ECU to control boost and fueling. The Xtra Power Supercharger gains the power by 26% up to impressive 530 kW (720 HP) and an increase of torque of 28% to 832 Nm. When installing the supercharger kit , the SLS will get sport airfilters, modified engine electronic and removal of the top speed limit Vmax as well. All The works was done in this particular SLS through HMS tuning

    Here are some photos:

A video of a dyno run:

Series Values SLS AMG Values with Supercharger
    Power: 420 kW (570 HP) 530 kW (720 HP)
    Torque: 650 Nm 832 Nm

I like the how this kit is constucted. It really looks OEM. Personally, I would install the Weistec SC on the SLS. I think the twin screw is more powerful. I also heard bad things about this Xtra SC that For some reason engine sometimes looses power. Also the tensioner belt doesnt hold up very long.

I have posted this before. What is interesting and I hadn't noticed is that they are using a additional ECU for the boost and fueling.

Seems they don't have complete control of the factory DME.

Proof enough that Weistec is in a league of it's own.
