    from the sideby side comparisons ive seen, its not, nothing soley worth the extra $200. I think the biggest mistake is having the wrong settings in the camera. I forget the terminology, but you are supposed to change to another if your shooting from inside a a dark area to a lighter exterior and vice versa, so my vids should improve when i get a chance to test.

    I have been tempted to get a couple Replay XD1080's. I really like the small form factor, you can hide these things anywhere. Only problem is there is no screen, hard to see exactly what your are filming. They are working on an external display option, hopefully some kind of app for phones just so you can quickly line up the camera.

    i have one, dont thin its the 1080 though. i use it for more of the 1st person stuff i like to do, car stuff the gopro is too much easier
