    weistec s3 for e55

this is weistec sc 3.0 l that we put on an e55. I think its a great kit but imo their was not a lot of difference vs full bolt on with 186 mm pullies on stock supercharge with a good tune in term of performance, exept the heat soack wich is an issue on stock supercharger after multiple wot

Makes sense to me. It's really going to show the difference once you push it.

A car recently ran 10.6 so maybe the feel vs the gain is deceiving. Maybe run a benchmark car first.
Vs 3.0 63 will be interesting but I think the 63 will run ahead.

Did you guys use a tail sniffer for the afr. I.E reading from the back of the exhaust?

How is your AFR rich? your AFR is between 11 and 12, which is perfect.

That's an amazing output. Congratulation to the owner and to @Weistec

Although I can figure out the outcome of the race against the 3.0 C63, but hey why not, waiting for a video.

P.S : Was that run with Ice ? Which type of fuel did you use ?

@bilal how about you race twice, before and after changing the pulley, to check out the difference in performance of the E55.

Since you stated that there wasn't that much difference between Weistec kit and the previous bolt ons with the stock kit , what were the previous dyno numbers before installing the Weistec Supercharger ?

on the dyno they read the afr from the exhaust but if you need to have the perfect afr data, the wide band should be 40 cm after the headers that's why I said its a bit rich cz once we put the wide band after the headers the afr is between 10.1 and 10.9

with the upgraded pullie and fbo it made 50 less crank hp but alittle bit more torque due to more boost I guess
