    He's producing a bit more, that's a very healthy M3.

He wouldn't be running 9 psi at seal level my point was he could and imagine what his output would be. VERY stout car.

I mean, it's right on par with the East Coast (NY/NJ) ESS M3s that are all somehow producing ~600 WHP+ 8 psi. Does anyone know what the highest psi someone's run a Vortech V3 on a stock motor at sea level?

13 psi I think. Gintani ran a stock motor to that and it held fine.

He's a little higher than those other M3's and those other M3's are getting that HP from a spike usually from the throttles closing. This is an honest 613 whp.

there is no way he is trapping over 130 mph in the 1/4.... think about the situation before you try and debate this one...cant wait to see the masterminds argue about this one Click here to enlarge

613 wheel horsepower at elevation can't trap 130 but less than 613 wheel horsepower can trap 130?

    Edit, read the rules: http://www.germanboost.com/showthrea...1516#post51516

what was uncorrected again, barely 500 right? the car i would assume is doing 122-125mph up there. at a true 613 hp, 130+ mph is easy.. at sea level, or near it.. 458 is probably barely 120 up there

Guy is making 613 wheel horsepower SAE correct at his elevation and barometric pressure not at sea level. Why he would trap less than cars making less power running 130 at sea level when he's making even more power at elevation?

At sea level, he would trap even more as his wheel horsepower at 9 psi would much higher than 613 whp considering that 600 whp can be hit at lower boost. So 9 psi on a stock internal M3 is going to make for a very strong car.

I think what lost is trying to say is he's not really putting down 613 to the wheels at his elevation. That number is corrected in SAE so its standardized to equalize reading and show what he should be putting down @

His uncorrected number would look a lot different where he's at.

I'm sure that is what he's trying to say but look at the SAE corrected numbers stock, modded, then supercharged:

Notice the correction factor for SAE does not boost the car up to sea level SAE numbers. Why not?

I haven't seen any uncorrected numbers from his car but the SAE corrected number all show much lower even though one would think SAE correction should read the same no matter what but it isn't here...

Keep in mind temperature and barometric pressure have an effect as well. It's difficult to completely standardize as the numbers show.
